2. Tell me about yourself!
Answer : Ok. Let me introduce myself, I am Rahmad. My complete name is Rahmad Supri Anggono. I am 23 years old. I have just fresh graduated from Bogor Agricultural University majoring in Forest Management of Forestry faculty . I am a single, energic and healthy. I have good motivation for progress and growing, eager to learn, and can work with a team (team work) or by myself. Beside that I posses adequate computer skill (hardwere and some softweres).

Answer :
Yayasan Bumi Hijau Lestari is a non-profit foundation, established in Indonesia to empower local communities through partnership reforestation initiatives and related education programs.
The Foundation works with local partners to produce tree seedlings of high value species, which are distributed to local land owners free of charge. These local people are granted ownership with their commitment to plant and care for the trees. The communities also benefit from the technical guidance provided by the program on planting, good forestry practices and education on the economic benefits of a healthy environment.
YBHL is funded by donations primarily from responsible manufacturers and distributors of wood products and other industries. Donations are collected from the participants to fund the replacement of wood consumed in the production of their products.
4. Why do you want to work for this company?
Answer : Based on the research I have done, this company is big and has very promising career. The forestry staff job will be perfect for me to grow and develop here.
5. Why did you resign from your job?
Answer : I resigned from my job because I am interested in a new opportunity and challenge to use my skills and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past.
6. Why should we hire you?
Answer : I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I also have some experiences about field supervisor and field assistant in my previous job. Therefore, I will dedicate my skill and effort to this company.
7. What is your greatest strength?
Answer : My greatest strength is my self (visioner, confidence and positive thinking).
8. What is your greatest weakness?
Answer : I am too helpful. I am willing to help everyone and sometimes this brings me in trouble because I am late to finish my own tasks, but I have been trying to overcome it.
9. How much salary do you expect?
Answer : I understand that positions similar to this one pay in the range of 3,5 millions rupiah to 5 millions rupiah. something in that range would be acceptable to me as a starting salary.
10. What problems have you encountered at work and how did you deal with them?
Answer : I think the best way to deal with those problems is to meet them head on.
